**Shipping & Delivery Policy**

Souqella delivers across all seven Emirates of the United Arab Emirates. We do not currently ship outside the UAE.

**Delivery cost:** Free on every order — no minimum order value.

**Dispatch:** Orders are dispatched within 24 hours of confirmation (Sunday–Friday). Cash on Delivery orders are confirmed by WhatsApp or phone before dispatch.

**Delivery times:** Dubai, Sharjah and Ajman: 1–2 working days. Abu Dhabi, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah and Umm Al Quwain: 2–4 working days. Remote areas may take an additional day.

**Tracking:** A tracking link is sent by SMS and email once your order ships.

**Failed delivery:** If the courier cannot reach you after repeated attempts, the order is returned and we will contact you to reschedule or cancel.
