Refund policy

*Refund & Return Policy**

You have 7 days from delivery to request a return on any Souqella order.

**Eligible returns**

- Items in original condition and packaging, unused and undamaged.

- Items that arrived damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered — collected and replaced or refunded fully at our cost.

**Non-returnable**

- Opened or used personal care items (for hygiene reasons).

- Returns requested after the 7-day window.

**How to request a return**

WhatsApp us at +971 50 396 1575 or email hello@souqella.store with your order number and a photo of the item. We arrange collection.

**Refunds**

Card payments are refunded to the original payment method within 5–10 working days of receiving the returned item. Cash on Delivery orders are refunded by bank transfer to your IBAN within 5–10 working days.
