7-day easy returns

If something isn't right, you have 7 days from delivery to request a return — no long forms, no drama.

What can be returned

  • Items in their original condition and packaging, unused and undamaged.
  • Items that arrived damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered — we cover these fully, including pickup.

What can't be returned

  • Personal care items that have been opened or used (for hygiene reasons).
  • Items returned after the 7-day window.

How to request a return

Message us on WhatsApp or email hello@souqella.store with your order number and a photo of the item. We'll arrange the rest.

Refunds

Card payments are refunded to the original payment method within 5–10 working days of us receiving the item. Cash on Delivery orders are refunded by bank transfer — we'll ask for your IBAN when processing.
